At about noon yesterday, Richard Spragge called me to say that the Assassinations Committee has subponed Santos Trafficicate and that he (Sprague) would like any happened we can provide the Committee regarding Trafficante, including his relationships with Johnny Rossi and Sam Gianciano, plus any information we have on his relationships with Cubans and with plans against Castro, I told his relations with the matter and be with any information with him. 2. After checking with interest in offices in the Agency and with the FBI and the Department of Justice, we told each agency and with with Hank Knocke and Commander Mahoney in touching base might that our checks within that far had indicated that any information which we might have within the parameters of that request was which we may have within a number of staff have received was clearances and have not signed secrecy that staff have security anticipated, we were not in a position to grant them access to classified information.
