As you will note from the attached, the HSCA asks for our material or Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr ., for the period 1963 through 1968 and our Material on Mr. James Earl Ray for the period 1967 through 1968. 2. As was indicated in reference B, you provided a substantial amount of conductorate material which was sanitized for the period 1967 and our material on Mr ., James Earl ray for extent and nature of DOJ (B/CIA) contacts concerning OLC that revenue Dr. King. We indicated in its efforts to review the we would hold the DOJ for external, which is not necessary to review that or we would hold an investigation, for possible eventual review by the investigators from the HCSA. We believe which was prepared that we have previously made for internal, however, that the internal permanent original request was that we were talking to the FBI in this instance, since we were discussing the distinction material.
