By OGG Memorandum 76-5403, dated 4 October 1976, Richard H. Lansdale requested that a check to make it made to your records in order that an appropriate response is given to the Justice Depart- ment. While you are at time, it has provided this Office with all information- nation. While at that time, have requested that another search of you file and indices are made in order that a response appropriate to the more recent letter be prepared. 3. I direct your attention to the second paragraph of the attached letter to determine what materials Justice is interested in. Since Justice expects a response from us next week.
