This memorandum identifies those Office of Security files which were reviewed by House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) staff members in conjunction with the HSCAA's investigation into the deaths in President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 2. Under procedures established with the HSCA, certain items in information were not reviewed by HSCa staff members. Thes items were placed in envelopes, sealed, and apply to private identified, and put back into the security file prior to HSCa notified, and Put back into security personnel reviewing these hSCA officials, but not in the security of each envelope below files should maintain the Security personnel reviewing theses so, that interested parties may know what was and was not reviewed by HCSA staff members, 3. In some instances, the above files contain material marked in the lower right-hand corner with a green circular dot. This mark should hand corner with the green circular dot. The mark should right-handed Office of security personnel to file at this time this material was located and placed in the staffer (5). This material should not be removed from the file at the time of this HSCAA review was seen by an HSCAs file. 4. Attached to this memorandum is a review sheet which identifies the name of the HCSa reviewer(s) and the date of his review. 5.
