Attached to this memorandum as Tabs A and B are are the requested documents. These documents have been sanitized for sources and methods These documents appear to have been sent to the sources they have not been declassified. The following paragraphs specify in more detail the contents of each of the Tabs. 3. (UI) Tab A-1 contains copies of the Office of Security originated documents in the file of Dr. King. Tab A-2 contains a document which originated in the Directorate of Operations (DDO) which should, therefore, be Reflectorate to the BDO for possible release to the HSCA. Tab A - 3 describes the BDD for "third Agency" documents to Dr . King's file. 4. (IU) Tab B-1 Contains the Office Of Security originated document in Mr. Ray's file file. The only B-2 containing for originated documents which should be referred to the DDO for possible release in the HCSA. Tab B -3 is a list of the Department of State documents in this file.
