By OCC Memorandum 76-5403, dated 4 October 1976, Richard A. Landsdale requested a check to be made of your records in order that an appropriate response be given to the Justice Depart- ment. While you may already have provided this office with all infor- nation requested at that time, it is requested that another search of your files and indices are made in order that a response appropriate to the more recent letter is prepared. 3. I direct your attention to the second paragraph of the attached letter to determine what materials Justice is interested in.
