(UNCLASSIFIED - GCL) LIAION Received a call from Richard Sprague, Counsel, House Select Committee on Assassinations, who said he was interested in locking at any connections with Sam Giancana, had concerning Santos Trafficking to my communications with Sam Giancana. and John Rossi, any contacts he had had to Cuban groups or any involvement he had in any Castro plots. He mentioned that the Committee had subpassed Trafficking and he would like to have access to this information as soon as possible. I told him I would look into it and be back in touch with him. (See Memorandam to the Director this date.) 3. (unclassified - (GLC) Liaison Following my conversation with Richard Sprague. Counsel, HOUSE SELECT Committee on Assassinations, I called Paul Dalley, FBI, and John Morrison, OGC, talked with Mike Kelly, Paul Daly, FBI and John Morris, OGG, about the request from Spruce, the Attorney General on FBI matters, and the Bureau had received a sense of Daley's response was that the Bureau that they were making unassassinated material on the Trafficaffe but that they were merely making unclassified material on that the Martin Luther King and John F. Kennedy assassinations available to the Committee, they were not responding to the request for the Trafficificant material.
