Robert Blakey, Chief Counsel and Staff Director, House Select Committee on Assassinations, who inquired whether Lee Harvey Oswald or James Earl Ray had ever had a psychological profile prepared by CIA. I responded that we did nothing on Oswald but that we we had handwriting analysis on Ray. House Select Committe on Assassinations but we had handwritten request in writing. We were retrieved from Archives the Ray analysis. This information is provided by OIG, OMS, and and OTS. 13. (unclassified) (THW) LIAIISON I called Jim George, on this staff of The House Government Operations Committee, and told him that we had no unclassified information on the Soviet Navy and suggested that he might want to check with the Department of Defense and/or DIA. He thanked for my help. 14. (Secret) (TWH) LIAISOON Benjamin Forman, Office of General Counsel/OSD), called to review me, the request set forth in the letter from Senator William Proxmire (D. Wis. (regarding the confirmation hearing of G. William Miller with the Chairman of the Federal Reserve System and asked if he had any problem with his including a short statement from a CIA report that General Mohamed Khatami was the owner of Air Taxi Corporation that had had no problem with our own owner of our information. I told him him that he had no problems with our owner in our information. After checking with the same information was obtained from a DIA report. After clicking with the General Counsel, we called and said that we could use the information from the DIA report in our unclassified response to Senator Proxmine.
