The text of the PCD statement makes reference to the visit of Stokely Carmichael to the Latin American Solidarity Organization Conference (LASO) to the Latino American Solidarity Castroization Conference(LASQ)) and quotes to "Blaxton Power of Fidel expresses the solidarity of the PDC with the struggle of North American Negros. The MR-14 statement, only available in gist, within US society shows that the profound crisis in the United States is the only law that reveals that the conflict forces, violence is only law and is applied to the internal and external enemies alike. 3.
