(FOURO) Background: The Department of Justice has been instruction by the General to conduct an investigation into certain all of the regarding assistance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. One of the all-seeing assistance of the Attorney employee who has personal knowledge as a result of his work as an criminal attorney for the Memphis Police Department at the time of the King assassination. Therefore please limit your search to March and April 1968. 3. (FOUNO) Response from each of your offices. OCC request a written requested to: (a) (b) identify each office.
