The Office of Security is referring the following information to you for whatever action you deem necessary. (U) 2. Mr. Terry M, Tarantoo is a 36-year-old, married, GS-12, former Staff whose last assignment was as a Polygraph Examiner in the Office of Securty Division was as an Polygraph Administration. It has come to the attention of the Officeof Security that in the performance of his duties, Mr. Taranto knees that he has been involved in a number of the tests he conducted. Mr Tarantoso's changes in the unethical polygraph procedures evolved out of stress from the prohibited Office of security has no evidence that Mr. Taranto job. The office of Security has no Evidence that Mr Taranto collusion with any of the people for whom he conducted polygraph examinations. This information is being reported to federal criminal law. (C) The Office of Safety has initiated a review of all of Mr. Tarantoo's polygraph investigations to ensure that the security screening function was not obloved. Furthermore, appropriate administrative action has been taken. Mr .. Tarantoso resigned from this Agency effective has 16 March 1990. ((C) 4.
