Mobile County Stolen during the month of March, 1968, and the vehicles stolen reflect any record for above-mentioned vehicle. On the same date, Lt. WALTER LAVENE, Records, Mobile Police Department, reviewed it records and these records failed to reflect any report identifiable with instant vehicle. On the Same date, Chief of Police GEORGE H. CRAWFORD, Bayou LA Batre. Alabama, of Police George H. Instant vehicle, Bayau La Batres, Alabama, was interviewed regarding reported vehicle that he stated that that one HARVEY PHILMEX had reported vehicle to Bayou the vehicle that was involved in the accident he had misplaced the vehicle and discontinued stolen report submitted to Bayau the Batre Police Department. CRAWFORT stated that PHILIMAN was employed as a snapper boat fisherman stolen that the vehicle was involved as a scamper's fisherman hour after reporting it stolen.
