This form showed Eric S. Calit, student number 30-1859, telephone left blank, age 36, single, with dependents, under employer 30-1959, telephony left blank. Age 36, with no dependents. Under employer it was indicated that he left a course course with American Business specialized training in the military and in ordnance type work and he felt that a combination of the ordnance work and in lockmithing would combine in a one business.
