Galt were not prepared by the same individual. Differences were noted between the writings appearing on K188 and the Harvey Lowman's signature, but because the letters quarvey Lowmeyer signed the but because of the letters and letter combinations in K188, a definite opinion was not reached as to whether these were prepared by the some person. Nothing of significance was noted as a result of an examination of Q247. Specimens Q247 and K108 have been retained. These specimens were photographed. 2025 RELEASE UNDER E.O. 14176
