I am a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and an assignment to the Laboratory of the Federal Bureau of Investigation at its Headquarters of the Federal Bureauof Investigation at the Headquarters of Office in Washington, D.C. Since 1952 I have seen employed continua- only and exclusively in examining questioned documents and photographic evidence. Since 1962 I have received training in this specialized field in the Laboratory, attending lectures, reading the recommended literature on the subject, and conducting experiments as well as working initially as an apprentice under an experienced examiner. During the course of my career I have examined thousands of photographs for the purposes of comparison, including comparisons to establish the identification of individuals. 2. Ihave examined the photograph attached as Edhibit 2 to the affidavit of Donald P. Wood, a copy of which photograph also appears as Exhibit I attached to this 2022 RELEASE UNDEREO. 14170
