She advised of the following: A review of her telephone log for the period Houston, Texas, 17-15, 1967, failed to show any calls to or from Houston, TX. It is possible that she or Mrs. PEGGY SYLVIA, Texas. It's possible that missing or Mrs ., PEGGY December 15-17, 1967. Might have missed logging some calls. A review in records of her office for the Period December 15-15-17. 1967, shows that cars checked in and checked out of her period office only showed cars checked out in local companies who she knows. None of only cars checked on local companies when she knows, None of names of any strangers. Mrs. GRIFFITHS examined photographs of JAMES EARL RAY. She stated the photographs were not those of anyone to whom she had ever rented or had returned one of their cars. Mrs. CRIFFITH added that the area telephone code for Lake Charles.
