(SEE GULFLE 02/11/2015) Mr. Rosen, very properly, advised me this afternoon that SAC Jensen, Memphis, had called the Civil Rights Section, General Investigative Division, relative to call he, Jensen, General Investigator, and Shelby County Prosecutor Canale, as well as had received from Shelby County Attorney General Stephen Pollak. Prosecutor Canale called Jensen to say say they appear to to be somewhat a problem involving Stephens, the impersonant witness someone who saw James Earl Ray leaving the flophouse, 420 South Main Street was involved in the investigation of the flopouse, and King. Stephens is a drunk, is disreputable, and course. be no assurance to his whereabouts unless he is closely followed. Canale called Jensen to indicate a course there are the the trial of the FBI could not do this.
