February 9, 1977, that North Carolina Central Prison Superintendent of Transportation, STEPHEN ALEBERT bERRY. told him that he, BERY, was a member of the Ku Klux Klan and they, BERNY and other prison officials, would help him the same way helped JAMES EARR when he killed him. STEPHEN ALPERT BERTY on interview on February 8, 1977. stated his job at Central Prison on review all grievances filled by the Central Prison.
