Horowitz, who wishes to have the investigation of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King reopened. As Mr. Horowitz may not be aware, James Earl Ray was found guilty of the Assassination of Dr ., King by a jury in a state court, was sentenced by a state judge, and is incarcer- ated in a state penal facility. Mr. Ray has made a number of patents in the state penal facilities. Mr ., Ray has had a number in court. Tennessee, District Attorney General's Office has in the past investigated and is currently investigating information provided to the District Attorney's Office. He has been convicted of concern and request could best be addressed by Mr. John W.
